What this site covers

This site publishes measured results for backlink indexing: how many submitted URLs Google indexes, how quickly Googlebot first crawls them, and how accurate the index checks are that produce those numbers. The figures and their meaning are collected on the weekly indexing benchmark page.

Ownership

The site is published by IndexChex, a backlink indexer and Google index checker. IndexChex is also the tool measured here, so it has a direct commercial interest in the results. That interest is disclosed on every page. Details of the product are on the IndexChex entry.

Editorial policy

• Measured figures come only from IndexChex's weekly measurement on recurring URL sets, are dated (currently October 2026) and are presented as averages, never as guarantees.
• Method is described on the methodology page, including the details that have not been published, such as sample sizes and weekly series.
• Competitor facts are taken from the vendors' own pages, linked, and marked with the date they were checked. They are described as vendor statements, not as test results.
• General facts about Google follow Google Search Central documentation, which is cited where used.
• No rankings or endorsements. The site does not rank tools or publish testimonials.

Corrections

Errors, outdated competitor figures or unclear definitions can be reported to support@indexchex.com. Corrected figures replace earlier ones and carry the new date.

Data license

The published figures on this site (the four measured averages and the derived cost figures) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Reuse is permitted, including commercially, provided attribution is given as "IndexChex" with a link to the source page and the as-of date. Full wording and examples are on data license and citation.

How to cite

Cite the specific page and its date, for example: "IndexChex, Standard-mode indexing rate, backlinkindexingdata.com, data as of October 2026." Each page also shows a ready-made citation.
